2. Use Of The Website

You may use the website to learn about Contact.AI, subscribe to updates, reserve VIP status, and access project links. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information, or attempt to bypass bot protection, payment, or verification systems.

3. Newsletter And Email Updates

You may subscribe to Contact.AI updates by submitting your email address and confirming it where required. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

4. VIP Reservation Fee

The VIP reservation fee is EUR 3. It is a non-refundable administrative reservation fee, except where a refund is required by applicable law. It is not the full purchase price of the game and does not include shipping, taxes, or any later Kickstarter pledge.

To receive the game, you will need to make a separate Kickstarter pledge during the Kickstarter campaign. The current planned launch date is May 19, 2026. The Kickstarter project URL is: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/af-games/contactai-tactical-board-game-of-human-connections .

VIP status is intended to reserve access to VIP-only upgrades and priority launch communications, including the lowest available Kickstarter price and selected exclusive rewards described on the website. Specific rewards may be adjusted if production, supplier, platform, legal, or logistical requirements make changes necessary.

5. Age And Payment Consent

By starting VIP checkout, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to the VIP reservation terms. We record the timestamp, IP address, user agent, accepted terms version, and accepted terms text as evidence of this consent.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Stripe may reject or review payments according to its own rules and risk checks. A VIP reservation is confirmed after successful payment processing and webhook confirmation.

7. Kickstarter

Kickstarter is a third-party platform. The future Kickstarter campaign, pledges, shipping, taxes, and reward fulfillment may be subject to Kickstarter's own terms and campaign-specific conditions. A VIP reservation on this website does not replace the Kickstarter pledge required to receive the game.

8. Intellectual Property

The Contact.AI name, game concept, text, images, videos, logos, and website content are owned by AF-Games Sp. z o.o. or used with permission. You may not copy, resell, or commercially reuse website content without prior written permission.

9. No Guarantee Of Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will always be available. We may update, suspend, or change website content and offers when needed.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AF-Games Sp. z o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, third-party services, payment providers, email providers, or external links.
